Learn how to assist adults who are developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or in a mental health crisis.
Mental Health First Aid provides a broad introduction to common mental health issues and teaches effective response and management methods.
Participants will become empowered and informed to help those around them maintain better mental well-being, leading to greater staff morale and creating more effective and sustainable workplaces, stronger interpersonal relationships, increased confidence in the ability to make a difference.

Self-paced interactive eLearning

Course Component 2
Instructor-led video conferencing
Duration: 2 x 2.5 hour sessions
Provides course participants with an opportunity to revise content covered in the self-paced eLearning program and to consolidate the application of this content with the development of practical skills in a group environment online.
